Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
- CONDITIONS
1.1 Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and above only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
1.2 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
1.3 The opening date for entries is 8am on Tuesday 30th July 2024. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Tuesday 30th July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered
1.4 Hallgarth Accountants Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
1.5 There is one prize for this competition.
1.6 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
1.7 Only one entry per person permitted.
1.8 Entries are recorded by subscribing to the Hallgarth Accountants Ltd email newsletter by using this form only.
1.9 The winner will be chosen at random from the subscribers that joined our email list during the period the competition is open.
1.10 The winner will receive their prize within one month of the closing date.
1.11 Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize.
1.12 The prize will be collected within 28 days of the winner being informed.
1.13 By entering you agree to allow us to share your surname (e.g. “Mr Smith”) publicly for announcement purposes regarding the award for the prizes. Winners may also be asked to participate in publicity to promote the prize draw. If you object to any or all of your surname being published or made available, please contact us by email at reception@hallgarthaccountants.co.uk .In such circumstances, Hallgarth Accountants Ltd must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
1.14 The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
1.15 The competition is promoted by Hallgarth Accountants Ltd, 2 Hallgarth. Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7AW.
1.16 The decision of the promoter, Hallgarth Accountants Ltd, regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
1.17 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Hallgarth Accountants Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
1.18 Hallgarth Accountants Ltd reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.19 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Hallgarth Accountants Ltd privacy notice available on our website, with the exception of winners details as noted in point 1.13. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
