Mr David Walker FCA
David qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985 and was a founding member of Hallgarth Accountants Ltd. Specialising in personal and business tax planning for individuals, sole traders and partnerships, David has acted for and advised many local businesses in terms of both annual tax liabilities and capital tax planning. Proud to be supported by an excellent team at the Office in Pickering and now acting as a consultant to the new directors in the firm.
Mrs Karen Seaton ACA
Karen joined the company thirty years ago after qualifying with a top 10 firm.
She has a vast knowledge of the local area primarily working with owner managed companies helping them in all aspects of tax and accounts……. However as a general practice firm no two days are ever the same………nor is the advice.
She has aimed to build a close working relationship with her clients and provide them with day to day support.
Karen is proud of the team she has worked with over 30 years and is happy to be stepping back and assisting the next generation.
Mrs Ann Burrells FCCA ACA CTA
Ann is a professional whose passion is to get clients excited about accountancy and taxation in the digital, post Covid-19 times.
Ann takes care of a diverse portfolio of owner managed business and private clients, advising in all aspects of business, accounting and taxation with careful consideration of lifestyle goals.
Ann is a fellow member of the association of chartered certified accountants and member of the chartered institute of taxation.
Ann has a lifelong active interest in agriculture and spends her spare time on the family beef farm, making her well equipped to fully integrate with agricultural businesses who seek her professional advice.
Mrs Helen Raine ACA
Helen Raine is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and one of our forward thinking Directors here at Hallgarth Accountants Ltd. Helen enjoys working closely with her clients and advising in all areas of Accounting, Auditing and tax planning, specialising in Company Taxation. Away from the office, Helen is kept busy with family life and enjoys camping and caravanning when she has the time.
